Carolina Fajardo’s passion for dancing started when she was a school girl. She joined and danced along to all types of music from Sevillanas, rhythmic gymnastics to ballet. After completing her studies and graduating from University in 2011, she began dancing a range of Latin dances such as bachata, salsa, etc. During this time, she discovered her true love for Kizomba.
In 2012, she began her career with Ronald Jara, forming the dancing couple Ronald and Carol. They worked together for 2 years and attended several international competitions such as the Kizomba Open and Africadançar, achieving the 6th place worldwide.
After completing her professional collaboration with Ronald Jara in 2014, Carolina began working with the international French teacher Enah Lebon. They traveled across five continents and taught in countries such as Brazil, Indonesia, Melbourne, Washington, and Europe, demonstrating and teaching their particular style of Urban Kiz.
During this time, Carolina became one of the Spanish pioneers in Kizomba Lady Style and taught Kizomba worldwide. At the beginning of 2016, Carolina and Enah ended their professional partnership. Carolina decided to focus her professional career in other dance areas but continued teaching her passion for this dance through her Kizomba Lady Style.
More recently, Carolina has begun teaching Brazilian Zouk with her partner Kadu Pires. The two have traveled extensively across Europe teaching their particular flavor of Brazilian Zouk. They will be teaching together for the first time in Asia and Austral Asia as a dance couple.
