terms and conditions
Tickets to the Bali Zouk Retreat are sold by Digital Ally Pty Ltd, trading as Dance Loop (ABN 40 154 916 425), which is responsible for the Event. Digital Ally Pty Ltd is an Australian Private Company operating in Australia. The following conditions apply to the sale (including any resale or transfer of tickets), entry, and attendance at the Event.
- 'You' and 'Your' refer to the customer. 'We', 'us', 'our', and 'Bali Zouk Retreat' refer to Digital Ally Pty Ltd and its employees.
Ticketing
- All bookings and ticket purchases are transferable but can only be sold or transferred with our approval. It is your responsibility to find a replacement attendee and notify us of the details.
- NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY TICKET except at our discretion. Our discretion is based on business considerations and common human decency: 100% of the ticket is non-refundable until 1 week after the completion of the event. After this period, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as your circumstances, our ticket sales, and other relevant factors.
- There will be no refund on any unused portion of your ticket if you are asked or forced to leave, or if you decide not to attend any part of the Event.
- A minimum USD $300 deposit for the full retreat is required to secure your place, which is non-refundable. However, in the event we have reached capacity and oversold, we will notify you and fully refund your deposit within 5 business days.
- By paying a USD $300 deposit, you agree to pay minimum further instalments, to be agreed with the Bali Zouk Retreat team, before the start of the Event.
- In the event you have not paid the full amount of your ticket before the Event commences, we reserve the right to deny you entry to the Event and refund you based on our cancellation policy outlined in the Event Terms and Conditions.
Artists and Venues
- We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, arrangements, and event capacity.
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In the event of the cancellation in advance of the Event, we will provide a refund based on the Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right at any time to change the venues of the Event.
Liability
- We do our best to ensure a safe and enjoyable event, but we can't accept responsibility for things outside of our control. This includes the actions of third-party service providers, or any injury, damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses you incur at the event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. We won't be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or special damages.
- Admission is at your own risk. You acknowledge that neither we nor the venues will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money, or other personal items) brought to the Event.
- You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Event by you.
Conduct
- You must ensure that you act in an orderly manner when attending the Event. We may refuse entry or evict you from the Event if you behave in an intoxicated, disorderly, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate manner, towards any person.
- The Event is open to adults over 18 years of age. Children are not permitted.
Privacy
- In order to purchase your ticket, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number, and the names of all ticket allocations. We may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act.
- Any personal data collected is for the purposes of running the Event, and will never be used or sold for any other purpose.
- If you wish to update or remove any of your personal information, you must notify us by email at privacy@balizoukretreat.co
General
- This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- You give express consent to your actual/simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio/visual or still recording to be used in any media at any time.
- Any breach of any of these terms and conditions will entitle the Event organizers to evict the ticket holder without refund.
Exclusions
- Tickets do not include flights.
- Tickets do not include travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have travel insurance for the duration of the event.
- Visas for entry into Bali are issued on arrival and are valid up to 30 days for most EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand passport holders. However, it is your responsibility to check the terms of entry for your individual needs prior to arrival.
- It is your responsibility to confirm that your passport is still valid for travel.
